How  to Register with  & Why is it necessary to have an account.with us?

Creating an account is easy. Just follow these easy steps after clicking on sign up

    • Enter your email ID
    • Enter a Password
    • Your email ID will be used as the default username for your account.

Yes. Only a registered user can shop at A registered user can choose a password for their account so that when they return to in the future, our system will remember their shipping address. This will save them from the trouble of having to fill those in again. The password can also be used to make changes to the order and account information. As with all passwords, do ensure to choose something you'll remember the next time you want to place an order. While choosing a password, please remember that passwords are case sensitive and must be a minimum of 6 characters. Passwords should be guarded carefully. Remember, accounts can be accessed by anyone who knows the password.

Modes of Payment offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card (including American Express), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

What is Cash –On- Delivery(COD)

In the C-o-D payment terms or C-o-D service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance.

How to Place a Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) Order?

  1. All items that have the "Cash-on-Delivery Available" Icon are valid for order by Cash-on-Delivery. Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select "Pay By Cash-on-Delivery"
  3. Once verified and confirmed and be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation.
  4. You will be required to make a Cash payment to our Courier Partner, only at the time of delivery of your order.


Delivery & Order Status

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Orders are processed immediately and most orders are received in 3-5 business days. Occasionally products are discontinued or backordered and we will notify you immediately of this before your credit card is charged.


How will I know how much my order will cost? 

Just add Golmaalshop items to your Cart and click on the Checkout button and Golmaalshop will calculate and display a guaranteed order total in INR, including all shipping costs from our warehouse(s) to your selected destination, as well as any applicable taxes.


Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

No. When you use the Golmaalshop global checkout, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in INR. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed by Golmaalshop. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges.


What do the different order status mean ?

Payment Pending Authorization : Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway. Payment Authorized, Order under Processing : We have received authorization from the payment gateway and are processing your order. Order Shipped : Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location. Order Canceled : The order was canceled.


How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately)  will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your Golmaalshop order/account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. OD01202130213) for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.



Returns and Cancellations

What is the return notice period? has a no questions asked returns policy. We will gladly accept back any unused product in its original packing within 15 days of you receiving your product.

Returns for Glass items will be accepted only for Damaged/ Defective products. You will need to inform us of any damage/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

Are there any conditions placed on returning a product?

The returned product should be in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product.

Every product and package is labeled with a serial number. This serial number must be readable and un-tampered on return.

How do I return a product to Golmaalshop?

To return a product as per our return policy, please log in a request with our Customer Care team, either by sending an email to or calling us at our toll free no.   Once a return request is authorized and approved from our end, please ship the product, in a transit worthy packaging, safely to our warehouse as per the below mentioned address –

Kindly ensure that you use a trackable shipping method (e.g. First Flight). Shipping cost for all approved reverse pick up cases will be reimbursed to the tune of 10% of selling price or the actual cost, whichever is lower. Reimbursement will be in the form of a gift voucher which can be redeemed during your future purchases with us anytime within 30 days. Please note that in certain locations, we offer a free reverse pickup facility as well. Kindly get in touch with our Customer Care team for further assistance.

For all return shipments, please send an email to with your order details and the tracking ID.

Please do not return any product without first speaking to a representative at Golmaalshop. Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer, and we will not be able to process the request.

What if the packaging of the product is damaged upon delivery?

If upon delivery of the product, you discover that the product packaging has been opened or is damaged, please do not accept the package and immediately notify our Customer Care team. We will offer a full refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference and product availability.

What if the product has missing parts or defects?

If you received your product with missing parts, defects or accessories, immediately notify our Customer Care team. A replacement will be sent over to you as soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts/ defects within 48 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned product in its original packaging. The refunds period includes time taken to complete the refunds process by Golmaalshop, but excludes any delays on part of banks/ card issuers, or shipment time in case of cheque refunds.

How will I receive the refund?

All refunds (except for cash payments) will be issued through the same transaction method used in the original purchase. For example, if you used a credit card as your payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card.

Refunds for cash payments will be issued either through an account payee cheque in the customer’s name (as given in “billing name” at time of purchase), or an online transfer via NEFT to customer’s bank account

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order prior to the order arriving at the address you have provided by calling our Customer Care team. We will cancel the order and any payment made will be refunded.
